This is some comments I've just received by a claimant with ACC: Today 12 Feb 2014
the meeting was a disaster...couldn't believe the crap I was hearing. Mr {x} case manager told Mr {x} to sit on his backside & haul himself up our stairs to our house after his operation.
He {case manager} said put a mattress down under house {ie carport /garage} ....grrr.
Mr {x} has No toilet facilities down there {ie carport /garage} let alone closed in against rain & no doors.
He {case manager} also said Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) was imagination. Apparently according to ACC Case Manager the only pain is after the operation . CONTRARY TO medical reports provided by claimant.

"So folks see what you have to look forward to if you get injured and enter the nightmare of ACC tyrannical abusive claimant system"
Nothing Personal its ALL BUSINESS and their BOTTOM LINE is all that MATTERS!
Do not be fooled into believing any fairy tale the NZ Government would like to give you as their favorite Bed Time Story.
"They" only "want" You to Feel Warm and Cozy and Lulled into a Sleeping Zombie State. "
